Our Cancellation Policy

At Trek Of Himalayas, we handle all our ground operations ourselves, so there is a very rare chance of cancellation from our end.

However, if the trek gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, govt. regulations, or from the trekker’s end, the following policy will apply:

It is advisable to book at least 2 months in advance.
Any cancellation must be informed to us in writing (WhatsApp- +91-8477091239 / Email- trekofhimalyas@gmail.com).
Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written notice by MAIL 💌 OR WHATSAP🥏.

1- Cancelling 30-21 days from trek start date

20% deduction of the invoice amount towards GST & transaction charges, 80% is refunded as trek voucher with 1 year validity.

2- Cancelling 20-15 days from trek start date

40% deduction of the invoice amount towards GST, Transaction, accommodation at Base, ration, etc. 60% is refunded as a trek voucher with 1 years validity.

3- Cancelling 14-7 days from trek dates

50% deduction of the invoice amount towards GST, Transaction, accommodation at Base, ration, Trek Leaders, permits, equipment etc. 50% is refunded as a trek voucher with 1 year validity

4- Cancelling 7-0 days for The Trek Date

100% deduction of the invoice amount As all arrangements are made by Trek Of Himalyas and we are set to take you on a trek

Trek Voucher terms and Condition

– The Voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issuance
– The Voucher can be only used in any trek with Trek Of Himalyas Fix Departure.
